Our shopping cart system does NOT hold inventory. DO NOT hold your shopping cart for completion at a later time as it will NOT update to current inventory levels and the item you placed into your cart at an earlier date may no longer be available. Should an item or items you purchased not be available, we will ship the portion of your order that is available. You will then be refunded for the portion not being shipped.

OUT OF STOCK:

Our stock changes daily so we encourage our customers to check back on the site as often as possible. In the case of out of stock messages, your best course of action is to just check back at a later time. Unfortunately we generally do not know when an item will be back in stock so emailing us probably won't produce any answers.

In the event that your order contains out of stock items, the remaining portion of your order will be shipped and a refund will follow for the out of stock item.

U.S. SHIPPING:

Shipping rates are available upon checkout. We use USPS as our major carrier. Insurance against loss, damage and rifling is included in all shipping rates within the U.S. See below for insurance claim information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All Cosmetics wholesale ships worldwide! Our shipping rates are based on weight, not total value of purchase. Therefore you will need to go through the checkout process to get your shipping fee. All shipping rates are given PRIOR to paying. We highly recommend USPS Express Mail Service on all orders shipping internationally. Express mail service will provide complete tracking to your door. First Class international mail and Priority international mail have NO TRACKING services. Insurance is available on Express Mail service only. If you wish to have your parcel insured, please contact us immediately following your order and we will invoice you for the insurance fee separately. If insurance is not requested and purchased, international parcels are NOT covered for loss or damage of any kind. Please understand purchasing from our site and not selecting Express Mail service AND requesting insurance is a risk you take as a buyer. If you choose to take this risk of not insuring your parcel and it becomes lost or damaged, there is nothing we can do to recover your funds or order. Purchasing from our site is an agreement to this term. PLEASE UNDERSTAND AND ALLOW US TO MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR...NO INTERNATIONAL PARCELS ARE INSURED FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE UNLESS YOU REQUEST INSURANCE AND PURCHASE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE.

REFUND/CLAIM POLICY:

U.S. buyers, refunds are accepted if item is postmarked returned to us within 10 days of our shipment postmark to you. Postage to you as well as return postage is non refundable. International buyers, refunds are accepted if item is postmarked returned to us within 20 days of our shipment postmark to you. Postage to you as well as return postage is non refundable. Restocking fee for all returned items is 10% of items sold price. ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW/UNUSED CONDITION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. WE DO NOT REFUND ON ANY USED/TESTED ITEMS. If we receive a used item return, it will be sent back to you or discarded.

U.S. buyers, claims are accepted within 7 days of postmark date to you. Please contact is within that period via email and please include your order number. All claims after this time period will not be accepted.

International buyers, claims are accepted within 20 days of postmark date to you. Please contact is within that period via email and please include your order number. All claims after this time period will not be accepted.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders with completed payments are processed within 48 hours of payment receipt excluding weekends and holidays. Shipment times vary by location. We are not responsible for shipment times as it varies by destination. If you require shipment time information please email us prior to placing your order. Due to customs issues on international parcels, we can not gauge how long a shipment will take to reach you.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL US BUYERS:

To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you must email us all information including order number within 15 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 15 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 30 days from date of shipment. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you MUST HAVE PURCHASED EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE AND REQUESTED INSURANCE COVERAGE. NO OTHER METHOD CAN BE CLAIMED. You must email us all information including order number within 20 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 20 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 21 days from date of shipment for most countries. Select countries claim time is 60 days from shipment date. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time.
